Science technicians, like teachers, have been hit hard by the pandemic and the impact is still being felt in schools. In this session, based on the research from ASE Science Teacher SOS and ASE RISE (Retention Initiative for Science Education). Andy will explore practical strategies that can be used to support ourselves, our departments and the science teaching profession.
